Delivery and returns

Every order comes with a fully stamped Simmons Bakers loyalty card, ready to use in any of our stores. A small thank you from us for brewing with us at home.

We pack and send orders Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Place your order before 12pm Monday to Thursday and it'll go out the same day for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

We offer free next working day delivery via Royal Mail on all orders over £25. For anything below that, we charge a flat rate based on the order weight.

Prefer to pick up in person? Free collection is available from any Simmons Bakers store on our main site's Click & Collect page.

We're not able to offer international or non-mainland UK delivery at the moment. This includes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

If something arrives damaged or isn't quite right, we'll sort it.
